No need for an appointment just pop in if you are eligible for an NHS flu immunisation
More flu clinics on weekdays – please phone the surgery for an appointment
You are eligible for an NHS flu immunisation if:-
- You are aged over 65
- Or pregnant (at any stage in the pregnancy)
Or you have a history of any of the following:-
- Chronic respiratory disease
- Chronic heart disease
- Chronic kidney disease
- Chronic liver disease
- Chronic neurological disease
- Diabetes
- Immunosuppression
Please check with the surgery if you are not sure if this applies to you
Children aged under 18 who are eligible for flu immunisation will receive a letter from the surgery
Waterfield House Surgery – flu clinic for patients aged 65 and over
Waterfield House Surgery are holding a flu clinic for registered patients aged 65 and over on Saturday 28th September 2013 from 8.30am to 11am. No need for an appointment – just turn up. This first flu clinic is for patients aged 65 and over only but there will be more clinics in October for all patients who are entitled to a free NHS flu injection – details to be announced.
