- Lends DVDs, spoken word cassettes and spoken word CDs (“Talking books”) and runs a special offer of rent three for the price of two and get the cheapest one free on Fridays
- Sells greetings cards and gift items- fair trade/locally produced
- Has under 5s story time sessions on Thursdays from 2.30-3pm and Baby Rhyme Time on Tuesdays from 10.30-11am
- Holds a Citizens Advice Bureau surgery fortnightly on Tuesdays between 9.30 and 11.00 am , monthly surgeries with Hi Kent hearing
- Pembury Library Reading Group which meeting on the 2nd Thursday of the month between 11.00 and 12.00
- Has a homework club on Tuesday afternoons 3.30-5pm during term time
- Has an electronic index of every book available in Kent libraries
- Has a photocopier for the public’s use and faxing service
- Public access internet PCs, assistance of web wizards to help you get online (just ask to book a session), plus occasional internet taster sessions
